Why should I choose you?

We asked Alex Shortt why you should choose him for your eye surgery

Interviewer: If you were to be asked the question, why should I choose you? And I know this might be a tough question to answer. If I needed to have my eye surgery done, why would I want to choose you to have it?

Alex Shortt: That’s a difficult question, and I wasn’t expecting it. I think the feedback I get from patients is that my approach is a safe and straightforward procedure.

There is no need to over-complicate this and to worry you with, “This might happen, that might happen.” I’ll give you the facts in a really clear, easy to understand way, and then you hand over the trust to me to do the right thing for you. To not put you in any risk or danger, to take you through the process without feeling anything, so that it’s a very straightforward, relaxed, calm experience.

That’s the feedback I get about the way I treat my patients. The way I interact with them is that they find it very relaxed, calm and stress-free.
